An aromatic soy-based ramen soup with the rich flavour of kelp and vegetables.

Dilute Ramen Soup in ratio of 1 part stock to 9-10 parts boiled water.

Instructions:

  1. Boil the noodles in plenty of water.
  2. Add boiled water to the ramen soup.
  3. Drain the noodles with a colander. Put in in [2.]
  4. Complete with your favourite toppings.
  • Grilled pork, boiled spinach and egg, leek, seasoned bamboo shoots etc.
