An aromatic soy-based ramen soup with the rich flavour of kelp and vegetables.
Dilute Ramen Soup in ratio of 1 part stock to 9-10 parts boiled water.
Instructions:
- Boil the noodles in plenty of water.
- Add boiled water to the ramen soup.
- Drain the noodles with a colander. Put in in [2.]
- Complete with your favourite toppings.
- Grilled pork, boiled spinach and egg, leek, seasoned bamboo shoots etc.
