Create juicy, succulent KARA-AGE without masking the flavour of the ingredients. Measure an amount of the batter mix and water, each equal to 20% of the total ingredients. Add to the ingredients and mix well.

Instructions:

1. Mix 200g of KARA-AGE BATTER MIX No. 1 with 200g of water for every 1kg of ingredients.
2. Mix them all well.
3. Deep-fry at 170-180°C until cooked
